I highly recommend South west care services. The staff are very supportive, caring and friendly. Fantastic support aways very respectful with clients, has ongoing support not only for clients but families, carers as well.
Always go beyond what is expected, the passion for life, care is very powerful and trustworthy.
Management are amazing, the atmosphere, environment is always positive.
The drive for passion is a daily skill southwest care shows in every way.
The support workers amazing team and always show the ongoing positive attitude at all times.
Southwest care always listens, has empathy and most of all have respect at all times.
Nothing is ever a problem, they really put themselves in your shoes.
I am grateful to join South west care as a support worker and I also thanks to Hemant and Vandana to give me an opportunity to serve the community who needs us as a support team.

I recently applied for your agency here in brisbane your manager in brisbane asked me to get ndis wwc first aid and cpr which i did i applied and i get no rensponse nor did my ndis went throught absolute garbage agency worst experience would not recommend

I dont even want to give 1 star!! This company is double dipping into peoples ndis by double invoicing and submitting invoices with the wrong hrs. I can not tell you how many times we have had to pull them up and demand them to refund the money they have over charged in invoices!! Cheeky buggers just charged $3018.00 for 20.5hrs of work. 2 invoices same service dates with different hours. Will be reporting this company!! This is just one example I'm providing here!! Im so angry and disappointed. Do not enguage this service provider

every participant I did a service with is happy from my support that I provide since I always have enough information about the condition of each of them, added to that through my first service observation and what the participant informed me about which I always included them in my report for my Manager in order to maximize the service standers and I am happy working with SWCs
