McKay’s have been welcoming and knowledgeable since the moment I started my health journey. Suffering from chronic illness it is often difficult to communicate with GP’s and other practitioners, however, McKay’s understood my concerns from my very first appointment and worked to ensure my journey to feeling well again was as smooth and stress free as possible. I have been Plant-Based and seeing their amazing naturopaths, Melissa and Angela, along with lovely Soph semi-regularly for almost 8 months now and I can confidently say that I would never have been able to feel so good without them. Not only do I know have a greater understanding of how natural therapies and food impacts and can improve our health, I also have a deeper overall knowledge about how to best take care of myself. Their team is made up of some of the most caring, genuine and easy to talk to people I have ever met - making the whole process of feeling well again that much more easy and fulfilling. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I am so grateful for how much they have done for me!
