Very disappointing that my previous review has been removed.
My experience at Hunter Children's Clinic was very negative. I did not feel heard at all and I left (distressed and in tears) after being told by Dr Mansour that my daughter 'very likely has ADHD' but that she was "bound by the paperwork". We then ended up in John Hunter with my daughter after progressively worsening and distressing behaviours.
My daughter has since been diagnosed as combined type ADHD by Dr Geoff Crawford and has been on medication for almost a year, which has been life changing for her in the most positive of ways.
To be turned away after spending so much money at Hunter Children's Clinic and then find two other other specialists who understood and wanted to help in the most positive ways illustrated the difference in care between Hunter Children's Clinic and other practitioners.
Hopefully this review doesn't get deleted.

Dr Parry is lovely to deal with. Always makes time to connect with my child asking about how he has been and being curious about any challenges he may be facing. We have always left feeling like we have been heard, validated and fully informed so we can make good decisions moving forward. I also feel like I can contact the clinic at any time if we are are experiencing difficulties or need intervention.

We have been so satisfied with Dr Kristin Mansour. She has listened, understood what our wishes for our children are and advised us on how we can have the best outcome with the goals we have. Our wait times we're as long as other centres.

Dr Quill has been amazing. She sees both of my boys and leaves no box unticked. She takes her time. We have never felt rushed. She is absolutely lovely and we are so happy we found her!

A stressful experience all round, miss management of my Son disability’s, hard to contact and deal with. Never does a full heath check of my son I feel the only purpose is to write a script for top dollar for doing nothing. Also was given one day to get a new referral with out it he can not be seen and will be charged the full amount for the appointment with no rebate.
Do not send your children here.
