Some people get it right - Warren is one of those people.
My first introduction to Defined Health, was after a bad fall. I limped in on a walking stick & walked out unaided. After another fall & unable to raise my arm above my shoulder, Warren has worked his magic again. I highly recommend him for any physical ailment.

I have been using Defined Health for over 5 years. I have a condition called fibromyalgia amongst other symptoms I have chronic pain, it’s not only important that I get the right treatment but essential that I don’t have a flare up after treatment. Warren trailers the treatment to the current condition of my body and explains how and why of what he’ll be doing. I always feel relaxed during and refreshed after. I have compete trust in Warren and highly recommend his services. Also, he’s a very nice guy (I was not paid for this review) hahaha 😝

Warren is an absolute professional and provides an exceptional service. I have attended for both acupuncture and remedial massage multiple times although, a singular session had me feeling much better. All of the treatments were rejuvenating and provided therapeutic effects to a previously debilitating back injury. I recommend you give defined health a visit for a consult and only wish I had done so sooner!

Warren is a true professional. The room is quiet, peaceful and dim. You can enjoy a great chat with Warren or just doze in silence. Warren’s knowledge and skill are always evident. He is sensitive to your sore spots and knows just what you need. My wife and I often laugh about getting anxious when we fear our blissful massages are nearing the end. Highly recommend Defined Health.
