I went to Kim with a number of health issues including painful osteoarthritis for which I did not wish to take anti inflammatory drugs which over time can damage organs. After several months of Chinese herbs and acupuncture and some dietary adjustments following Kim’s advice, I am pain free. While I’d had Chinese herbs before and knew how effective they were, I’d never had acupuncture. Kim has extensive experience and I look forward to the sessions. My all round physical and mental health has improved markedly since I consulted Kim. The detailed reports she provides allow me to see improvements over time and identify areas for her to focus on.
