I've been seeing Dr Con for many years. The other day I went into the surgery believing I had had or was still having a heart attack.
Between taking phone calls and dealing with patients, the receptionist Jenny would come into the treatment room to make sure I was OK and to give me reassurance. This meant so much to me and I will never forget her act of kindness.
