My daughter saw both Rae Anne and Laura here for speech pathology. The referral process was easy and the consultations, information and one on one sessions were great. Both practitioners were super kind and friendly and easy for my 2 yr old to speak with. The exercises given were engaging and her speech assessment and progression was great. Thanks so much for your help!

The staff is amazingly professional and handled the unprecedented crowds for PCR test today quite nicely. They set expectations for wait times up front and were very courteous in the entire process. Unlike many test clinics within 20km radius, who turned people away without notice and warning.

I appreciate medical and nursing staff and the pressure they go through but the staff I had to deal with today are .... for lack of better word challenging.
The covid testing team tried to give me the wrong advice, they tried to convince me to do things that were unnecessary.
Some of the staff were rude, unprofessional and disrespectful
PLEASE, don't give advice if you don't know what you are talking about.
This was my experience today,maybe I was unlucky. But a big thank you to all the nursing staff and the medical staff out their that knows what they doing.

Waoo day number 6 and not result🙄 we need to do at home to make sure we not have covid
