Amazing experience. Reception staff are lovely and the lady that done the ultrasound was just as lovely, made me feel very comfortable and welcomed my children in also including them along the way. Lovely experience will be back for all our imaging needs 🙂 Thankyou

This was my 1st time at MiScan and found the Staff friendly and helpful. My appointment was thorough and i didn't have to wait long on a Saturday morning. It's close to home for me and was easy to find.. I parked near the entrance which is limited so can't comment on the underground parking which had a boom gate..

I just worked in and they assisted me straight way. Great staff and doctor was excellent. Nothing was a problem for them.
Even when I had to leave half way through my procedure, the staff went out of their way to fit me in at another time to finish what I had to have done.
Thanks to you all.
Sorry I didn't get the names of the girls.
Will recommend Miscan to anybody.

I had an accident after trying to adjust the crib settings in my baby’s nursery.
I dealt with Kyleen who was so personable, relatable and made it such a fast and accommodating experience.
I can’t thank her or the team enough for the care and attention they provided and for getting me in and out so quickly.

Great customer service. Everywhere was booked out for 2 weeks for a CT scan and I was able to get it done on the same day I walked in. Exceptional service. Report was sent to my GP before 5pm.

Today's experience with MiScan was a pleasent experience from the moment I walked in and was greeted by the friendly receptionists.

That continued through to my experience when receiving my scan, where I was provided with details on what their findings, in a very supportive and friendly manner.

I will definitely be coming back if I ever need another scan done.

Efficient and fast process, explained very clearly and both the front desk staff and radiologist were very easy to talk to. I felt like the energy in the clinic was calm, comfortable, and they even let me know where I can go for the further tests I need and eased my worries for my future medical tests. Thanks guys! As someone who is a medical frequent flier it’s always nice when the experience is good.
