Since attending physio with Mr Khaled . The pain I was experiencing in back and spine has noticeably become much better .this is due to the excersices and massages . Much relief now and don’t have to wear heat patches . His mannerisms was a blessing too .

Im only new to the area , I don’t know a lot of a lot of options I arrived at 4.40pm today no one in the waiting room I asked the receptionist can I please the Dr to get 2 scripts one for my diabetes and one for blood pressure. She refused and said it was too late . She said the Dr was in with someone , I asked I can wait if you can please ask the Dr , she said no. I asked do you know where else I could go she said no I’m not from the area. I asked what time do you open 9am she said that didn’t work I started work at 8.30. I walked outside and the patient walked out 2 mins later . There was no one there for 15 mins but she wouldn’t help. Great service given . Quite disgusting really offered no help what so ever. Will be making a formal complaint.

Doctor Sadia Sharman is the best I have ever seen. She is so caring towards her patients never rushes you out listens to all your concerns. She goes above and beyond ! I'm so glad I've found her

Had an issue with my ankle which was chronic pain but I received good exercises and advice to strengthen my ankle and lower muscle which completely fixed my issue

No one should ever use this doctor surgery!!!
They will cancel your appointment with 2 hours notice as I made an appointment for 4.30pm after my work hours than they call at 2.30 saying they have no staff
Why would I make my appointment 2 weeks in advance so it suits my job and they give you 2 hours notice to cancel!

Best medical centre in the area. The doctors are lovely, receptionist Maria is just beautiful but my favourite is Nurse Mel is FABULOUS! She is the kindest most understanding person. Her bright smile and warm, calming personality can’t be beaten. She runs around so busy but never complains. She deserves all the praise in the world oh and a raise ⭐️
