This practice has a lovely, welcoming receptionist and wonderful doctors. The waiting area is small, comfortable and adequate, as the Waiting time is not long so a large waiting room is not necessary. The friendly doctors listen attentively and respectfully to you and provide the appropriate care and consideration for whatever your problem may be.
I highly recommend this practice.
It is also conveniently, steps away from Kings Cross railway station.

I have a little boy and she always remembers his name and the broader details that make it personal, and she always has creative ways to ensure he feels safe and its a fun experience even when sometimes its not. I'm not good with blood letting. But the phlebotomist went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and safe.
It was a good experience; and I didn't pass out!
