Finally had my first visit to Lux Vitae today. The space is modern, clean and inviting. Shonel is welcoming and informative, she gave me a tour and explained everything to me. I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire duration. I enjoyed a much needed sauna session, and left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Their prices are very affordable and it is evident that their customers are their #1 priority. I will definitely be back - I highly recommend a visit to Lux Vitae ✨️🫶🏼

Lux Vitae has become my go-to place for fitness and relaxation, and I'm genuinely grateful for the fantastic service they provide. The moment you step in, you're greeted by amazing staff and a welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease.

I've been a part of their Reformer Pilates program, and have been loving that I am able to work out in their private rooms. The classes themselves strike the perfect balance between challenging and fun.

The Infrared Sauna is a fantastic option after a workout, providing a great way to unwind and feel rejuvenated. It adds an extra layer of relaxation!

The atmosphere at Lux Vitae is super relaxed and calming and
I had privacy to move from one treatment room to another, or to the awesome spa like bathroom at the end of my treatments.

The treatment process was carefully explained. I really felt confident in the process.

I am from an older generation but did not feel out of place. I felt respected.

I can confidently recommend Lux Vitae to anyone who is older and wants relief from joint pain, inflammation and skin conditions like eczema etc.

You'll be in good hands.
