There is a reason why they hang up so many signs in regards to violence and language not being tolerated.
Absolutely disgusted by the service of the doctor today. Took my 13 month old child in who had high temps and was up since 3am vomiting.
Literally just felt like he wanted us in and out, spoke to us like we were idiots primarily my partner, had a wireless headphone in one ear so we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.
I will say that the nurse we had prior and after this experience was quite nice and you could tell she was also frustrated by the doctor.
Legit you guys need to do so much better

We have found our new medical centre what a great team. Our son was taken to the treatment room as he was extremely ill, the nurse was very lovely and gentle. Dr Ben was amazing and so attentive to him, he properly diagnosed our son which was a relief. Thank you Dr Ben for being so kind and caring and treating our son with the most professional care I have ever seen!

The waiting time is always more than an hour even with scheduled appointments (their website allows to book appointments every 5-10mins).
Most of the receptionist are rude. One of them hung up on me when I requested her to help me book an appointment as I was heading for a miscarriage responding that there is nothing she can do as everything is fulled booked and it’s not her concern to go beyond and help.
The optimal health at gregory hill that I have transferred to had the kindest staff and doctors. Always ready to help in emergency and never hesitate to go beyond to help patients. Their wait time is maximum of 30mins if doctors are running behind.
Given we have to pay a gap fee in every visit and the service we get, it’s better to quit this facility.

Really unhappy with my visit yesterday.
I usually see Dr Rachel and I absolutely love her and highly recommend her (the reason this medical centre gets any stars), but I needed a last minute appointment so booked with another doctor and it was terrible.
I was waiting for 1hr 30mins, I kindly asked reception twice how much longer I had to wait and all I got was an annoyed “you’re definitely next”
When I FINALLY got in, Dr Muhammad’s excuse was “I had to switch rooms and log into a new computer” (ok, fine 10mins late that makes sense, that does not take an HOUR AND A HALF) and he seemed to be annoyed I was there and he didn’t let me finish explaining what my issue was.
I booked a morning appointment so I could be in and out and continue on with the list of things I had to do that day, ended up messing with my whole day. Really unhappy

Make your mind up regarding walk in either have it or only do by appointment.
Appointment for 9.45 gets moved earlier no phone call nothing. Or we were looking for you then call me.

Hi just wanted to say how greatfull Iam for dr khan and her team always taking care of my family beyond expectation and to front desk DANIELLA/DANI she is amazing receptionist with high expertise and a beautiful personality and very professional⭐️⭐️ I’ve been seeing her at front desk since this practise opened she is the face of this practice and also lady that does blood test she’s amazing⭐️ but honestly can’t say much about the others because they just have no knowledge of how to communicate with customers. Thank you for looking after my family?

We saw Dr Simon, he treated my daughter promptly in their nursing room and did everything required to prevent her from having to go to the emergency. Highly recommend this practice.
