Best doctors. Look no further. For years I avoided going to the doctors because my experiences were unpleasant. When a friend recommended this clinic to me, that completely changed. I’m not just another number here. The doctors listen and I feel like my wellbeing is genuinely cared for.
I see Dr Sharmila Raju and she is the most caring and kind doctor there is.
Receptionists are always lovely and kind. Highly recommend.

Wonderful family practice. The Nurses and Doctors were nothing short of exceptional and I really trust their advice. I found them warm and thorough and on each occasion I left feeling empowered, they really took the time to explain everything to me and gave me options and information. I have recently moved two hours away but have decided to travel to this practice as I believe the service cannot be beaten.

My daughter visited Dr Nyari Matebwe today, first time meeting her and first time to the clinic. Unfortunately after her consult I received a phone call from her in tears with the way that she had been treated by this doctor.
She said that the doctor didn’t say hello to her, didn’t introduce herself and just asked ‘what’s wrong’. She did get the antibiotics that she needed but felt like she was an inconvenience and that the doctor had no time for her.
So so disappointed with this treatment and I thank god that this wasn’t a younger girl that was being treated this way as it may have caused mistrust for all doctors going forward.

When my health problems have started, many friends have advised me to see Dr.Tatiana Levina from French Forest Doctors.
Dr Levina is an exceptional professional, very kind, with great knowledge and attentiveness. She understood very well the needs of sick people. Dr Levina helped me so many times. Such a great family doctor experience. It is run by father and daughter. We once had them both compare thoughts together and it was great to see two professionals and father/daughter consider what was the condition of my child. Caring, honest and minimal wait.

Worst experience. Poor service and really negligent in never sending referrals
Other doctors, ultrasound specialist and midwives were horrified and bewildered as to why referrals weren't sent. Had to call three times , they said I need another appointment even though other doctors and midwives said it was ridiculous send the refferal
Please, especially if pregnant seek other care
Made my life very difficult and was rude when politely asked to send refferal and refused

Dr Raju was very professional. I didnt feel rushed. She was prepared to listen to my case history and then asked appropriate questions. For a baby boomer this was a nice reminder of the old family doctor. A great experience.
