The best Pilate studio in town!
Cianne has a clinical background and is super super knowledgeable! She also very understanding and always offer different options to suit your body, whatever problems you have.
The studio is elegantly designed, clean and very calming. All students I’ve met so far have been friendly and non judgmental.
Definitely worth to give this place a try!!
Ps. And there’s even the friendliest dog Ralph ❤️

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted into such a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment. Heilen is truly a place of positively good vibes that's not only a place for movement and healing, it is a loving community. At first I was reluctant to start because of some hip issues, however with Cianne's wealth of knowledge, gentle approach and genuine care for each of her clients personal journey, I knew I was in very capable hands. Needless to say I am now addicted and have never looked back! Every session is tailored for all levels and abilities, which makes you feel at ease ... but also will take you out of your comfort zone. Joining Heilen has not only given me more self confidence but has changed my life completely in so many ways and for that I am eternally grateful. If you are looking to start Pilates or are looking for something new, I highly recommend Cianne and her team at Heilen... you will not be disappointed.

The classes I have been doing at HEILEN with Cianne have been amazing. I am a beginner at Pilates and Cianne has been fantastic with taking the time to teach and guide me. I walk out after class feeling amazing. HEILEN is a beautiful and calm space. It feels like a little community seeing the familiar faces coming back again to each class.
