Very very slow. Bookings mean nothing in here . GP are all about money and their 10 minutes with you where they still take private calls on your time. This is my last visit here Time to find a caring Dr.
This medical Practice is probably the worst that I delt with in a long time.

Incompetent doctor- Don't recommend

I went in to get a mystery skin rash assessed. The GPs assessment is that this rash is autoimmune related. No followup tests were ordered. Months later I discovered the rash was caused by a vitamin D deficiency, which can be easily tested and treated for, but can cause long term health issues if not addressed. I guess such simple issues as a vitamin deficiency are beyond the level of expertise for this practice.

I was a walk-in and was given an available time close to when I arrived. The sign in progress even for new patients was easy to do and they were very upfront about their mixed billing. The doctor listened carefully to all of my symptoms and understood exactly.

Worst medical centre I’ve ever been to. They make you wait for your appointment despite booking them. I had to wait 1-2 hours to be seen only to be told that Dr Beidi won’t see me and he kicked me out his room. He told me to wait for another doctor instead. Honestly the system is chaotic and not at all catering to patients. I have been late to pick up kids 2 times because of how delayed these doctors are.

I've had multiple bad experiences here so I now have to put this bad review as a feedback so this Medical Centre can improve on how they operate and treat patients.

* Rude receptionist
Waiting area are so bad small and drty need proper cleaning please it’s a health care facility
* Receptionist give misleading information
* Dr won't even see you if he is not doing anything
* Even if you book an appointment, it's still at least a 2 hour wait

Dr Ghaly is a wonderful caring Dr my kids adore him he always listens and is very caring. Dr Solomon is also been a great Dr for myself. Office staff most of them are lovely especially Bronwyn.
