I visited Recoverie after jumping in a friends ice bath. I was hoping it would help an incredibly sore arm, and the ice bath and hot plunge pool were a game-changer! The contrast therapy helped reduce swelling and eased my discomfort much faster than I expected. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxation and recovery.
What really stood out, though, was the amazing staff. Every time I walked in, they greeted me by name and made me feel so welcome. They always checked if I needed any help and went above and beyond to create a great experience. If you're dealing with muscle soreness or just need a reset, I highly recommend this place!

I had the most incredible experience at RCVRI Manly! The space is serene and beautifully designed, offering the perfect environment to unwind and recharge. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.

Rcvri is a game changer for me. Regularly using sauna , cold plunge has been helpful with quick recovery from not just sore body , mental fatigue , and managing arthritic pain as well. I found The normatec compression is terrific for muscle recovery from cycling etc . Adding to this friendly staff and top class facility at Martin place makes the experimence can mpleye. Highly recommended if youre looking to recover and rejuvenate. Cheers
