I had a massage today with Isabella. When I say it was the best massage I've ever had, that is an understatement. The level of care and thoughtfulness behind the massage was incredible. I booked in straight away for another session in a couple of weeks. I have never experienced a massage like this where I literally cried from relief part way through. Thank you so so much Isabella. I am so grateful to you. Please give this woman a raise, she deserves that and more 💜

Have been a regular here since I've moved for each of the services they offer, and its been great!

Recently had a remedial massage session with Isabella two weeks in a row and she's managed to help out with some back issues I've been dealing with due to work. Really feels like I'm in a new body!

Just attended my first City cave Floatation session at Epping and I must say it was Amazing. A very clean and very calming atmosphere. The hour flew by quicker than I thought it would. I feel relaxed and unwound but its still only midday, cant wait to see if it ripples into a good night's sleep as well. Either way its great value and I’ll be back to try their massage & sauna services too.
