I recently visited One and All Studio for two separate sessions—an osteopathy appointment with Max and a remedial massage with Ana—and both were excellent.

Max took a thorough approach to addressing my back and neck pain, using effective, gentle adjustments that left me feeling significantly more aligned and relieved.

A few days later, Ana worked wonders with a deep, customized massage that targeted my muscle tension and left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Look no further - Jordan and his team are simply the best. I have been seeing Jordan for a couple of years now, and he’s been wonderful in helping me manage some chronic niggles. He’s a caring and skillful osteo, and provides excellent hands on treatment along with exercise program support. The clinic has excellent hours with before & after hours appointments on weekdays, and Saturday appointments as well. Conveniently located a short walk from Roseville train station, with parking close by too. You will be well taken care of here.
