Had a very relaxing massage from Lisa who is an expert in stress relief. I had the stress detox massage and felt the benefits immediately. Very comfortable and professional. Would highly recommend and I will definitely attend again.

I had a sports massage, with particular focus on pre-existing lower back injury that had flared up. Lisa's treatment was excellent. I've been to many massage therapists, physios, chiros, osteos etc over the decades and it was obvious within minutes of the treatment getting underway that Lisa was highly competent and knowledgeable. Her technique is more than a cut above a massage you'll get at most places.

I was keen for a good deep massage, and booked because she had good reviews. This person is not a massage therapist she told me I could just breath my tight muscles away. She used a lot of oil and was only rubbing it in and saying breath. Dont book if you want a massage! The places in the mall are better.

Lisa is an absolute gem. She’s so knowledgeable and has such a beautiful space in Dee Why. I’ve done a few 1hour 45minute pregnancy massages now and the results have been amazing. I love a good remedial massage but Lisa’s technique is on a whole other level. I’m not in pain or discomfort during the massage and I walk away better than ever. I’m so glad I found her.

Lisa creates a calm and relaxing environment which has greatly assisted with my treatment. I booked in for a my body needs help session. Lisa with her gentle manner helped me relax during the sessions. The benefits I have experienced with each successive week have been encouraging and empowering.
