I visited the store with my mum to buy a face wash, but we couldn’t find it. A lovely staff member named Shashank approached us and offered help. He was very professional and attentive. Even though the product wasn’t available in-store, he looked it up and offered to order it for us, promising to let us know when it’s ready for pickup. My mum was so happy with his service! Highly recommend Shashank he was extremely helpful and made our experience really pleasant.

This is the only pharmacy out of five in the area that had the medication I needed. I called ahead to Chemist Warehouse and they misreported their inventory so I was in a tight spot but the staff here came though and there wasn't even a line! Moreover, the staff were very friendly and approachable which I appreciated. I went back and with my next set of scripts directly and will do so in the future. Thank you 🙂
