The customer service operator is rude, impatient and wouldn’t even care about the issues at the apartment. I told her it’s a serious issue and she was like just wait for your strata manager to ring you back. She didn’t even hesitate to listen to me.

My apartment car park LG-1 floor has been blacked out for almost 3 days after the rain and literally no one has ever come to check or fix it. Prior to that, they didn’t even replace some of the lights in the car park.

Last week, when there was a heavy rain, the intercom at the entrance of car park was also broken. How would you even enter a car park with two gates that require your key tag to tap through intercom to access? Somehow, someone has managed to open the two gates and the car park is accessible by everyone 24/7, breaching the security. Imagine coming back at night and someone could be hiding at the car park to hijack the car or even kidnap you.

Absolutely crazy.

3 days & still counting. Yet, strata manager hasn’t rung me back and the blackout is still happening.

Strat management is so bad. Even though the lights in LG car parking is out for several days and being reported, they are still not fixing it. It’s pitch black in the parking and so unsafe. Imagine if a car came in without opening headlights. U gonna be hit for sure since it’s pitch black. And the gate to the lower ground is also not functioning. It’s not closing and it’s not opening when the car comes in even with the key and touching intercom. The intercom is also dead too. So many errors and things needed to be fixed. all the 5-star reviews here must be fake, staff is extremely rude and impatient, for a strata inspection, I paid them money and then was provided with a link to their drop box which filled with useless information, sent them email but got no reply, then I called them at 2:21PM on 18 Jan 2024 , a lady who refused to reveal her name told me they don't provide any financial statements, also told me she was the manager so I couldn't talk to her upper management! it was not until I told her that I would go to her office to lodge a complaint when she finally sent through the financial statement I first asked for !!!!!

Staff are very unprofessional with how they treat their tenants. Was frustrated and disappointed that an important delivered item of mine had been taken in the apartment ground floor building and asked whether they could help me track through CCTV who might have taken the item. I was told to wait for a police report instead, and the police will then send them an email for approved surveillance footage. When asked if they could check surveillance to see what might could have happened and update me, I was told to go to the local police, for which they didn't get back to me. When updated this issue with this management group, they instead wrote a long letter to all residents about me breaching premises when I was lucky enough to receive cctv footage of where my stolen item went instead FROM A NEIGHBOUR who had CCTV. They have no prioritisation for their tenant's needs and are not helpful AT ALL, but rather yet want to ridicule and humiliate tenants.

Avoid this strata company, Vanessa the strata manager is a pathological liar and greedy. They act in self interest to grow there business empire and increase costs not try to reduce them to help people who are struggling in this current economic climate. Vanessa is a scum of society
