I have always used this chemist for quick shelf products. I then went back for a prescription and Raghda went beyond the usual to help me feel comfortable. She is kind and gentle and showed me care. I trust her and this store for all my pharmaceutical needs!

I hope the owner of the franchises
knows.
Clear tags everywhere beat any price . So I went to counter to purchase and ask about price match and surprised response from your staff no we don’t do anymore.. I said what about the beat any price you have printed everywhere . Oh we don’t do it anymore … haha what a joke . Take all your signs off then .. false advertising..

Why to advertise "We beat any price" when you actually don't. I compared a sale price for iron supplement at Woolworths and the staff at the counter rudely said that we don't consider Woolworths. I don't get it what wrong I did here.. if it was not advertised, I would simply not bother to ask and just get it, if I have to, for the price that was put up. Utter nonsense!

Staff needs to be more polite towards their customers.

Did not honour Current catalogue price . 7 Dec Sat. Current catalogue front pg shoes 18 Optifast chocolate shakes for $54.99. A rainy day i drive in to purchase. The shelf price shows $ 69.99. I gave staff 2 opportunities to honour catalogue price. They answered that they cannot because owner has told them that they are no longer part of the catalogue. This is fraudulent. I was showing them the latest catalogue but the 2 staff could simply not honour the price. Rediculous. Even whilst I was in the store they advertise over the speakers how they will match prices and yet they cannot even match what they actually are advertising.

Pharmacist was friendly. Price for my branded medicine is the same as chemist warehouse and they have better stock availability. Highly recommended.
