My daughter has recently been going through some pain on her knees. It's been 2 weeks since she has been attending this physio and already her weak knees are becoming stronger and she is feels more comfortable in her everyday life! I definitely recommend going here if you have any muscle pain! The physiotherapist here are all so professional providing detailed medication needed for rehabilitation. They are kind as well! Carrying an infectious smile when treating patients!!!

I started going to Smile Physio in February this year for clinical pilates working with Sunny. She has been so friendly and encouraging during our sessions and very carefully focuses on my positioning to ensure I’m doing the exercises correctly. She is also very quick to pivot exercises depending on focus areas I’m noticing that week, and always explains the science behind the exercises and which muscles are being engaged which helps me understand my body better. My mum has been attending physio for her painful shoulder for past few weeks. She has noticed significant improvement after just the first session and complete resolution of the pain.
