There is a matter listed at NCAT between Strata Plan 78731 and Area Strata. Seems that Area Strata used to manage this SP....We should know by COB 27/5/25!!

Area Strata Management have been officially terminated as Managing Agents for Strata plan 73774. An amazing result for the residence and the owners who have struggled with area Strata’s arrogance.

As for our building., our AGM is going on to 10 months overdue and no signs of that being called as yet. Strata Managing agent continues to spend money with no disclosure or transparency.

Fast forward a year, and it has become a nightmare. The service has been arrogant, intimidating, and lacking in communication. They now want to charge $220 per hour for handling levy disputes and other issues. The AGM is overdue by 5 months, and calls and requests remain unanswered. Would challenge the claim on their website that they manage 200 schemes! It has been an absolute NIGHTMARE! Would now give zero stars if there was an option to do so.
