The female staff here has very poor customer service skills, told us to wait and refuse to give an estimated time to wait. When asked, her reply is "I'm busy, just wait" and when I ask for a rough estimate she said "just keep waiting until I'm done". We don't have unlimited time and she could have just said it might take more than an hour then we could go do something else with my time instead of waiting here not knowing how long I need to wait. Extremely frustrating.

Today I went to Medibank Burwood to order my physical card, the manager couldn’t enter my address so I showed her. Few minutes later I still got some questions so I went back to Medibank and double check my address, and I found my address was wrong! I don’t understand how can the staff made mistake even when I showed her my address on my phone?

My husband and I visited Medibank Burwood last year to set up family medical insurance. We were advised that we were entitled to free dental services once a year, which we proceeded to use. However, I later discovered that my Medibank app wasn’t functioning properly.

Upon visiting the branch again, I was informed that we had been incorrectly enrolled under a "single parent and child" policy, despite clearly applying and paying for a full family package. This mistake was never communicated to us, and we continued paying for the incorrect policy for a year.

This is our second disappointing experience with Medibank Burwood. It’s extremely frustrating and reflects a serious lack of responsibility and transparency in how they manage customer policies. Very dissatisfied with the service.Big fraudulent way to extract the money from customers.

Visited Medibank Burwood store today to get my parents insurance fixed. Jiaxuan Guo was really kind and helpful and she fixed my parents insurance for the second time. She is very professional and solved my problem efficiently. Just want to say a big Thank you to her.

Went to Burwood branch on Monday 4th March. An Asian girl with not the best English was saying what....what...what.
I was asking question with the intention to re- join the health found as a new customer and upgrading to a gold level.Very hard to understand her and obviously wasn't trained to answer questions. Her tone was angry.
In the end I left with 2 panflects to read. Very bad customers service. Took my business somewhere else. It use to be a good branch, not anymore.

Customer service is really appalling in this branch. The asian guy who served me yesterday was very curt, impatient and just very rude in general. He never said please or thank you, and tried to grab my phone a number of times when I tried to show him something. I don't recommend Medibank.

Been here twice and the second time was a lot better. The first time I came to ask questions about my benefits and she for some reason thought I was trying to cancel my plan. The second time was I think with the same lady and we managed to get a plan that I was content with and she was able to explain the pros and cons. Seems she kinda runs on auto pilot but I hope I got what I needed.

26 November 2022 Sitting at the third counter from the outside counting in, the Chinese woman in red had a very poor service attitude, rolled her eyes at the customer and had an extremely bad attitude. She interrupted before I could finish my request and didn't want to listen to what you were saying, she just wanted to finish her work quickly. I've never had this kind of service before and it really made me angry and ruined my day!
