I have honestly tried my best with Chronic Therapy, please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. They don't answer your calls, they overpromise and undeliver, and only turn on their phones when they feel like it. There are plenty of better providers out there, don't waste your time with these guys. They can't even fix their payment system, nor set up an app to order medication through, despite promising this months ago. The amount of free follow up consults I have received due to their negligence is astounding, only to find out I need another follow up consult 2 weeks later because there are still issues with my scripts.

I tried to stay with chronic therapy but it's so expensive 150 for a construction and the same for the oil. being a pensioner it's impossible to take the medical Marijuana with these prices. the only person who helped me was the guy who books appt. he is very helpful. paying for the doctor as well as the medical Marijuana. when I can get it way cheaper from a good friend. still on the opioids unfortunately.

Been with Chronic Therapy since signing up years ago before Medicinal Cannibas was available, probably one of the first customers and had nothing but positive help and service. Which was prompt never had an issue till Christmas time this past 3 months there has been an issue with every order that I've needed to ring up and resolve. Some due to Australia Post others not.
The last time my medication was sitting waiting to be addressed and posted. I could not get through to Chronic Therapy so had to ring the pharmacy. Now if you order something online and pay express postage you expect it to be posted out within 24 hours not days later. I organized my orders to make sure I had a continuous supply but sadly after being let down I'm off to find a different provider. Which is a shame because I felt comfortable here and the product I am using has helped my ADHD my pain and other issues. Now I have to start all over again. ?
