This has to be one of the worst practices I have ever come across. I live around the corner and have 2 young children. I have been calling for months to have my children seen by their doctors as it’s convenient and close. Every single time I get gold they have accepted their cap of new patients regardless what day of the week I call. The receptionist is very blaze and not willing to help at all. Disgusting customer service. When you have young children you don’t wait weeks to see a doctor. Absolutely disgusting!

Very rude receptionist when we arrived.The Doctor was in a hurry to give the covid injections to as many people as possible, in /out/in out. She gets paid for each injection.I tried to ask for a prescription for my heart medications and was told I would need to see her again and book another time.I thought no problems. When I asked the receptionist I was told there are no bookings for two weeks. I am running low with my medications. This could be a health risk for me. I have to find another doctor. Very disappointed with the service. The receptionist then told me the doctor might ring me .

Sometimes you have to understand the amount of phone calls and people the receptions workers are dealing with.
I though the same when i called them but when i walked in the medical centre today within the 5 minutes reception lady was taking the phone calls every minute and she was dealing with the patients in the waiting room.
From there i felt really sorry for her especially during the outbreak time and the mask on at all times. Patients must understand the pressure of work administrators go through especially during this pandemic.
