Very Good Doctors, all caring, understanding to your medical needs and proffessional. They educate their patients on their conditions make the most appropriate treatment plans suited to your health concerns and needs I have had even a few small emergencies with my own family and they were able to provide an immaculate response. I have been successful in also improving my overall health because of the correct advice and following the treatment plan given to me by my doctor. As a result I also lost 15 kg to improve my health which I am so proud about THANK YOU very much to all the staff.
I highly recommend, however, that it is highly advisable to book an appointment if you want to avoid any waiting times. Day time and night time doctors are all fantastic !

Totally poor management. Booked an appointment and waited for 3 hours ..!Reception does not know what's happening. Doctor don’t want to see you want to leave ..! Even after appointment..! Strongly recommend not to visit this medical center..!

I have been with this centre for 3 years now. The first 2 years were a bit bad considering the reception and service but the doctors were best even then. But now it seems the clinic has listened to customer reviews and the people in reception are now very friendly and remember the customers name. Thats real effort towards customer service. They are usually bery busy so wait times are always there but where isn't. Dr. Elsadigg and the nurse cares about the patients genuinely and makes sure that everything is taken care of before they leave his care. We have been going to this centre for 3 years and will be going for many years to come. They have become our family GP now. Thanks for your friendly, genuine service.

First time going to this referred medical centre by family member, what can say I had the pleasure of Dr Zacharia Bazzi was amazing, he really cater my needs, I had back pain he understood my situation and referred me to physio, and got the treatment I needed, this review is coming from a person that haven’t been to a doctor for years, it refreshing to get decent doctor rather those from India or the import drs, Thank you. Worst waiting time. You book in advance and what is get is disappointment. Keep waiting waiting and waiting. Please avoid this place at any cost. Staff is clueless why patients are waiting for that long.

Dr Geoffrey Annetts is the best doctor in Australia I have ever visit.very kind and caring doctor, Dr. Annetts is beyond fantastic. very recommended . The staff also very nice and polite and helpful.

Zero Stars - A Disastrous Experience

Lakemba Medical Service is an absolute disgrace to the healthcare industry.

The reception staff is nothing short of appalling; their rudeness is matched only by their incompetence. It's evident that the primary concern of the management is generating revenue rather than providing quality healthcare.

The focus is solely on filling appointment slots and maximizing profits. Patients are nothing more than dollar signs to this clinic.

The doctors themselves show a blatant disregard for patient appointments, frequently taking offs, arriving late or leaving early without notice. This lack of professionalism is compounded by the receptionists' inability to manage schedules effectively.

Avoid this place at all costs. Your health and sanity will thank you. Seek medical care from a facility that values its patients.
