Awful experience! I wish I could give them a negative rating!
My wife ran a test at this "clinic", the results took more than 48 hours to arrive.
Consequences : missed flight, 350euros to book a flight the next day, 100+ euro for a hotel room.
They don't run the tests themselves. They take your samples and send them to a hospital and wait for the results. So when you call to ask why your test results havent arrived yet, they literally have no clue, and answer you with an irritating tone" we dont have them in our system, you dont need to keep calling us, we will update you asap"!!!
We had to travel a lot from the Netherlands during corona time, and this is by far the most awful experience we had with a "Corona lab".
You think that paying way over the normal price would garentee a swift and smooth experience, but its actually the opposite.
We will never deal with this lab (it is not a lab anyway) ever again, and I highly advise against.

Such an awful experience. I don't understand why is there a telephone number when non of the workers is willing to answer it. Hopefully I won't have to pay extra for they're lack of contact. :/

The phone number is not working and it is a great effort to reach the clinic. But after getting forwarded to them from the hospital the service was really good. They called me back fastly with the information i needed.

Afspraak is afspraak! Dat is de quote die de site je beloofd. Helaas zijn deze beloftes niks waard. Ze laten je op een zaterdagochtend om 9 uur komen om vervolgens voor gesloten deuren te laten staan. Contact is niet mogelijk aangezien de contact service alleen doordeweeks beschikbaar is. Mijn tip voor de toekomst, geen beloftes op je site zetten die je niet na kan komen.

Zeer slechte communicatie. Ik zou via de website een afspraak kunnen maken maar mijn reden stond niet in het menu. Via e-mail contact gehad, dit kon helaas niet online ik moest ervoor bellen. Toen telefonisch (van dezelfde medewerker!) te horen gekregen dat ik geen afspraak hoefde maar zo binnen kon lopen op het open spreekuur.
