My experience was poor. Career psychiatrist with cultural bias and no empathy. All I remember is her fiddling with her eye makeup during my sessions and putting me in an uncomfortable situation because that was a standard practice that she liked to do. My mental health worsened, and this experience damaged any trust I have for the industry.

Breanna has been amazing with my treatment, she is so caring, understanding and most of all helpful towards my recovery.
I really just want to thank Breanna for being truly amazing and supportive and genuinely caring.
It’s a scary thing when you can’t control your emotions or feelings and don’t seem to understand what is going on and having someone like Breanna help with coaching you through a difficult time is truly life changing.
The girls at the front are great too, Abir always responds to emails and questions and is always happy to help.
The land line can be a little hard to get through on but emails are always responded to.

I absolutely do not recommend wasting your time and money at this place or any other locations . Especially Liverpool. Receptionist are horrible!! it’s not acceptable behaviour. I have been trying to still get my receipts from 2 years ago and still no one answers the phone !!

Charges a $80 cancellation fee or puts a block on your name and future appointments if u cancel less than 24 hours so If a emergency or life happens instead of rescheduling you they charge you. They should have leniency in a emergency situation or if something is out of your controll.

Have been having sessions with psychologist Emily for some time now. She has been very kind, empathetic, professional and helpful with working through various issues, and am grateful to have encountered her. Would recommend this service 100%.

Over the past year I have been seeing Emily from psychcentral in Bankstown, she honestly is amazing she's the best psychologist that I have ever visited, she has helped me in every area that I have struggled in, for the first time in my life I am happy, I am relaxed and I can see things clear. I am blessed to have met her a known such an amazing person.

Very unprofessional place. Very long wait and they keep cancelling the appointments. Better be careful before you made any appointments with them.
