Very clean facilities. I enjoyed the IR sauna and how you could pair your device to play your own music. A shame the sauna was not switched on and ready when I arrived so heated up whilst I was there so couldn’t get the full benefits.

One less star as hot stone massage was just ok, being in the first room you could hear the traffic outside.

I had a 60 min remedial massage with new therapist Matt. It was fantastic - Matt made me feel very comfortable, relaxed and at ease. I liked his focus on how and why muscles felt tight and suggestions on how to manage and improve this. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone; and for those with injuries or other conditions, you will find his insight particularly valuable. Thank you Matt.
