I've only started coming to this surgery, but I wish I had know about it earlier as unfortunately it's closing soon. Dr Voon takes her time in getting to know your issues and is knowledgeable. Jeanne the receptionist is polite, friendly and helpful too. Such a shame I'll have to find a new surgery.

I recently visited Dr. Voon with my two-year-old daughter, and while I appreciate her medical expertise, I left the appointment feeling disappointed with the level of service we received. I noticed that Dr. Voon seemed a bit rushed and preoccupied, which made it difficult for my daughter to feel at ease. Additionally, I had some questions about the prescribed antibiotics, but I did not receive clear information about them, which left me feeling uncertain about my daughter's care.

During the examination, my daughter was resistant and uncomfortable, but Dr. Voon's lack of patience and empathy made the situation even more challenging. I understand that doctors may have many patients to attend to, but I believe that taking the time to address patient concerns and show empathy is a vital part of providing quality care.

In the future, I hope that Dr. Voon will consider ways to improve her approach to patient care and communication. Thank you for your attention to this matter
