Rude nurse talking about my baby will be short and never change if I need baby taller I need new baby it’s doesn’t make sense I don’t think she has any idea how to talk nice and good customer service she need more study to be a nurse rude and unfriendly! I was booked for a breastfeeding clinic and the nurse that looked after me was wonderful! I had been having trouble breastfeeding and baby has been crying from hunger for days (of course I didn’t know back then) but the nurse patiently explained, demonstrated, guided and wrote in baby’s blue book the right way of doing it. Very happy with my experience in this clinic.

Unprofessional and disorganised. My partner and I waited around 35 minutes even though we were the first booked and first in. Not one staff member spoke and acknowledged we were there. Clearly having people loiter in the entrance is something normal for these people. I asked one woman who advised someone would come. (clearly no idea). During this time a woman walked in unscheduled, wrote her name on the board and was seen before us. Lacking integrity they chose to lie to my partner advising I informed them I was fine, when in fact they never spoke with me. It is one thing to be poorly organised, but to lie is a lack of ethics.

All my appointments here postpartum have been great and incredibly supportive for my first time as a parent. I’ve felt listened too and coached sometimes all you need is to be pointed in the right direction and we’ve found all the advice particularly when it comes to starting solids and breastfeeding. Particularly call out to Maxine, she’s seen us twice and just had a wonderful temperament, patient & a great coach.
Still also in close contact with my mother’s group that was assigned here!
