I had a fantastic experience at Strive Wellness! It's an excellent place for recovery — clean, professional, and designed to help you feel better both physically and mentally.

The staff were especially great. Thiago, Leo and Camila were incredibly polite and welcoming. They took the time to walk me through the whole process, making sure I felt comfortable and understood everything. Their knowledge and attention to detail made a big difference, and I really appreciated their calm and supportive approach.

I left feeling refreshed and cared for. Highly recommend Strive Wellness to anyone looking to recover, recharge, or just take better care of themselves!

I couldn't recommend a better place to relax and recharge.
I booked a 3 hour indulgence package which was absolutely amazing (1 hour float session, 1 hour massage and 1 hour infrared sauna). I loved everything about it and highly recommend this place if you need a quick gateway to yourself.

Not to foget, before I left, Vanessa gave me a lovely set as token of appreciation for visiting them (hand cream, skin care products and a bar of soap). What else could you ask?

Thanks to the team at Strive wellness, especially Ashtyn, for accomodating to my requests. I had an issue with the voucher i used when i was booking in a session with the floating pods and they came straight back responding and resolving my concerns. Customer service on point and would definitely recommend to family and friends. The whole experience was wonderful!

I booked the hot and cold spa experience for Saturday at noon, well over 24 hours in advance. Upon arrival, I was informed that the hot spa was unavailable due to cleaning. While I fully understand and appreciate the need for regular maintenance, this is crucial information that should have been communicated at the time of booking. Cleaning schedules can and should be planned in advance, and it's only fair to inform customers beforehand so they can make an informed decision.

Despite this, I chose to proceed with the session due to muscle soreness and the need for recovery. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. The environment was noisy and disruptive — staff members were frequently entering the area, speaking loudly, playing around, and creating a generally chaotic atmosphere. This completely undermined the relaxing, therapeutic experience I was hoping for.

Visited the spa today for a pamper package including an infrared sauna, float session, and massage. The staff member who guided me was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The facilities are top-notch, well-maintained, and spacious, with spotless cleanliness. Both the sauna and float rooms come with showers. The float pods are generously sized, even suitable for couples. The atmosphere is soothing and laid-back. They offer amenities like shampoo, conditioner, robes, and towels, which is a pleasant surprise compared to other places that require you to bring your own. They even provide hairdryers and straighteners. Complimentary items like deodorant and earplugs are included in the package. Each room offers ample space. The infrared sauna experience, accommodating up to six people, was a real highlight with the option to relax and listen to music. My entire experience was enjoyable, and I'm definitely planning a return visit.

I bought a group voucher to book an appointment for the public holiday on the 9th of June. I called to redeem the voucher and they confirmed the appointment (sent me an email too) to later then cancel the appointment.

I'm not from the area so won't be able to go back and specifically checked for restrictions on using the voucher on a public holiday.

Since I called them and they confirmed, I thought it was okay. But since I've redeemed the voucher and even though they cancelled, they are not taking responsibility for it and won't refund.

If the team knew they were closed, why accept and redeem my voucher in the first place.

Groupon won't assist either as I've redeemed the voucher.

Float tanks are FILTHY, MOLDY & full of SCUM in & out of the shower & tank. Gross don't recommend couldn't relax. My girlfriend is a professional cleaner she explained how if it was even just wiped in-between uses and properly cleaned at the end of start of each day it would be maintained but it was gross hair on the shower screen it was just obvious they don't actually clean it. Google it there are other float tanks business that have different standards of cleanliness and same issues but it can be avoided with more cleaning procedures

Almost traumatizing that they aren't shut down. Needs ton of bleach to actually clean that yuck!

Dani has exceptional customer service. She’s genuine, kind, caring for the customers’ needs. Her massage was soothing and relaxing. She cares about the quality of her service.

Also loved both of the open and closed floating pods. Would suggest open one for 2 ppl and closer one for 1 person.
