Had a few employment medicals in my time but this one was undoubtedly the worst. Told to bring a letter from my GP if I was being treated for any conditions. Was then told mid assessment the letter requires parameters. Awkwardly had more time off my current work to get that. Then told that the WHA form they wanted filled with parameters required a stamp of the practice…Had more time off work to get a letter that covered everything signed by an actual GP pleading with them to assess me but no…wannabe WHA “doctor” that never made it decides now when I turn up again unable to assess after providing everything asked for. Sure not the healthiest guy on earth but can work no problem and able to pass medicals elsewhere tells me this place is just praying on people using their health to bolster revenue at the expense of peoples livelihood. Luckily my new employer decided to use a previous medical assessment I did recently elsewhere as it became obvious what WHA was doing. They made appointments and confirmed on their own behalf made me feel bullied at their will. Was a very poor experience that cost me and my potential employer a fortune at the detriment of my mental health. Employer or employee avoid like the plague.
