The receptionist is a rude old lady and the doctor is quite happy to prescribed you drugs with out any tools to come off them definitely do not recommend this place

Been seeing Dr Zawadski for years and he's been great. Unfortunately I was told he's retired and I had my appointment replaced with with Dr Shanti Sakarapani and I must say I will never be going back. Apart from being rude and ignoring me when I said hi, when I explained to her my history and what Vlodek and I had been trying so far she was completely dismissive of me, didn't let me finish a sentence, and she called Dr Zawadski unprofessional which I found very offensive, and I ended up leaving empty handed. A complete waste of my time and money. I literally feel like I was robbed. Now I have to find a new doctor, but I won't be returning.

Absolutely disgraceful. Do not recommend going to this medical centre. The only good thing about it was the polite receptionists. I went in due to an extremely sore cyst and the doctor was clueless on how to dress it. I had to run him through how the previous nurse did it. Two nurses dressed it for me previous days. The older one was very good but the younger nurse was absolutely stupid. She didn’t do it properly and kept poking and prodding it that it made it way worse. Turns out a few days later I didn’t feel well so went to the hospital to which all the staff were horrified it was that infected and I should have been told to come in earlier. I was admitted and the matter was dealt with properly now I feel much better. DO NOT go here. If I didn’t trust my instincts it could of been a lot worse. Even when dressing my wound I seen a little rust on the handle of the scissors she cut the bandage with.

I went to the travel doctor here recently and my experience was perfect. I saw a Dr first who spoke to me, asked me questions and explained things. She was very friendly and explained everything so I could understand. Then I went to see a nurse who administered some vaccinations. She was absolutely lovely as well, chatted to me and made me feel very comfortable. Then I saw another Dr who took a blood test for me - she was nice and recommended places for me to travel to on my trip. Wait time wasn't long at all - and easy to book appt over the phone. Friendly and listened to you.
