Called about a visit with a duty G.P for what I felt was not an emergency. The receptionist triaged and said I'd better come in as emergency, due to a torn tendon/ mallet finger which I had tried to self treat for a couple days. I was in and out within 30 minutes on a Saturday. I needed an x-ray which was done immediately , finger stabilised and given a referral to an occupational therapist. Very clean and exceptionally equipped facility, parking is brilliant right outside. The staff and systems are thoroughly streamlined . Directions on how to find them were very clear as this building is quite tucked away. I'm going to start using this service from hereon as my usual doctor at Herdsman Medical is noticeably dismissive and uncaring. I am glad that I listened to the receptionist as my finger has an estimated 8 week healing period which with the O.T, is going well and on time. Money well spent, time saved and correct diagnosis. More facilities like this should be everywhere, saving time and taking the load off our hospitals.

I desperately needed a GP Practice which did minor medical procedures to remove a drain I had had in. I really wanted it removed before Easter and there was St John's at the ready. They did an AMAZING and very thorough job for an incredibly low price. Professional, pleasant and efficient, particularly the nurse. I couldn't be happier and would recommend to everyone

I've used St John several times over the years, and couldn't stress enough how convenient, professional and affordable they are. Same day medical services without the long wait times you'd experience in the hospital system. I also find their friendly staff and very knowledgeable doctors a breath of fresh air 🙂

This was my first visit to see Dr Harpreet Pannu for a fairly urgent medical issue due to my regular GP not being at work.
Very simply, I was absolutely amazed at the professionalism and quality of medical advice received. I would recommend Dr Harpreet and the St John facility without question.

In sharing this review, my five star rating is based upon the urgent care section. I've attended three times in the last 3 weeks, first, which was for dislocated shoulder- the doctor was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and empathetic. Due to my injury, I was moved straight through to triage, the only wait time I had was waiting for the x rays ect. I was there all of 3.5 hours which i thought was pretty good compared to an er in a hospital, or you could be waiting all night. All of the staff were so friendly.

My second visit was to the general practice, although the doctor was friendly
He didn't listen to what I asked for. I had a bacterial infection. Which obviously required testing, he prescribed oral antibiotics.
To which I had Asked for an intermuscular injection instead. He ignored this request. I also asked for a script for prep to which he replied he doesnt know what that is. He then send me to clinopath in osborne park
The queue was all the way out the door with people sitting on the ground throughout the hallways. Waiting. I left and went somewhere else. Later that evening, I realised my symptoms had gotten worse. As it was 7pm I had no option but to go to urgent care, it was only a slight wait. The staff again honestly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, Dr Galvez seen me , and agreed right away that I should have the intramuscular injection, she also without me having to ask for it , provided me a script for prep, she also printed off information about it. Agreed that this place is slightly more expensive. But honestly, you get what you're pay for. St johns Osborne park is so lucky to have Drs like Dr Galvez that really care about there patients.

Four stars as I have had administrative issues with the clinic where documents aren't passed on.

Dr Gannon was honestly one of the most brilliant GPs I have ever seen. Holistic, education based and so full of empathy and knowledge. So grateful for his help today. First time using urgent care and it was a wonderful, well oiled machine and all staff- administration and nursing were just great. Thank you all for doing what you do.

Presented for wound review by appointment. Saw Dr. Paul, who was thorough and good humoured. Told me exactly what we were going to do and then had the nurse - who was also very professional and fun - complete the new dressings. All done in 35mins. Great experience.
