Although my appointment was 55 minutes past the booking time, Dr Roe is an excellent doctor. She listens with compassion and empathy and really takes the time to listen and provide accurate effective treatment.
I have moved to this practice to have this doctor as the main medical carer for my daughter who has ASD and Anxiety as well as a few other conditions.
Highly recommend her!!

I cant believe how many times I have tried to call during the morning only to get a recorded message saying I have called out of practice hours. I rang at 20 past 9 on Monday morning when the practice is open at 9am. Very frustrating trying to tell them my husband was running late for his appt at 9.30am. Not the first time either. Other than that, I just love Dr Roe and the receptionists have both been so lovely. Such a pity about the phone.

Ladies at reception are lovely, but the wait times are outrageous. The doctors are always overbooked and most often than not you are waiting for your appointment for over an hour. I was also treated coldly by the doctor I saw and will not be booking with him again.

The ladies at reception were very helpful to me. They are both lovely and with a good sense of humour. The physio was great. Very thorough and has set me up with a good program to help with my pain. Can recommend Northam Family Practice

The staff and doctors I've dealt with have all been lovely, however, because they take care with their patients, they ALWAYS run late. Sometimes you get a call advising you, but most times you just sit in the reception room for an hour or more after your booked appointment time, just waiting.
Why don't practices just make the standard appointment longer, rather cramming in as many appointments as possible, frustrating clients and putting the doctors under pressure?
I seldom need to go to the doctor thank goodness, because it is frustrating to have to take 2-3 hours off work for a 15 minute doc visit.

Staff were very polite, and courteous. Informative for a "NEW" patient. I was referred to their Physio because apparently no-one else is taking new clients. Visit was informative and of much assistance.
