All staff are really lovely, approachable and knowledgeable. Office is located upstairs in North Street medical centre complex - Enter main doors and go left and then left up stairs near toilets. Signage could be improved to make finding office easier. Parking in car park and along street is limited so arrive earlier for appointment.

“I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this service. I had the device put on in November 2014, expecting timely results and feedback. However, I heard absolutely nothing for months. My doctor had to personally reach out via email just to get an update. After all that waiting, I finally received my results in February 2025—over a decade later! Given the long delay and complete lack of communication, I can confidently say that this service was not worth the $350 I paid. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for reliable and efficient medical testing.”
