This practice is clean, very well managed from the front desk, have been attending this practice for quite a few years. There is only 1 doctor that I found to be unprofessional and rude, had no interest in the patient at all. Really really disappointed, would not recommend him. All the other doctors I have seen have been really professional, showed empathy and caring. Dr Aldo is who I would not recommend

I had a great experience with Dr Olagoke Olotu. He was kind, thorough, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I appreciated how thoughtful he was in considering all of my existing conditions when justifying a recommended medication for an issue I was experiencing. He was also diligent in weighing the pros and cons of a pelvic X-ray after taking the time to clarify what assessment had already been done by a physiotherapist. As someone in the health profession myself, I highly recommend him.

Dr. Anderton takes the time to listen, makes you feel heard, and explains things clearly. You can tell she really knows her stuff and genuinely cares about her patients. I always feel confident in her care and so do my kids.

Wonderful doctor we see at this clinic, recommend him to everyone!! However the receptionist and Manager need to be trained better on how to manage feedback. My young son was charged an out of pocket fee even though it said on the website under 16 is bulk billed till 6pm and I confirmed that morning he would get the full amount back from Medicare. They denied it stated that on the website, even though it clearly said bulk billed until 6pm. I suggested they need to update the billing rules. Then she pretended she could not hear me and it was very hard to have a mature conversation. The next day I noticed the billing rules changed stating all new patients will be privately billed. Would not admit they were in the wrong, so very unprofessional and need upskilling or replaced! After reading other reviews regarding the reception staff I am even more confident who was in the wrong and they they will not take on board this feedback and improve their customer service skills.
Again our Doctor is wonderful and thorough so will continue to go there but the reception staff have lost my respect.

Without providing too much personal details, I would like to suggest think twice when you try to book Dr Sonja Coetzee in the future. She changed my original booking from 3pm(last appointment for the day) to 2.20pm so she can leave work earlier. I tried so hard to accommodate this change. When we got there, she refused to provide any service as a real doctor. I guess at the end of the day, she left on time. And she has no idea what a patient did to help her leave work earlier that she supposes too.

I had a wonderful experience at GP Superclinic Miland. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.

I especially want to highlight Dr. Tamanna, who went above and beyond to provide excellent care. She was patient, compassionate, and took the time to listen to my concerns, ensuring I felt heard and understood. Her thorough explanations and warm demeanor truly set her apart.

It is disappointing Dr Julius is leaving. He was a great GP. I am not sure I will return given appointment prices have gone up again so patients are even more out of pocket.

Friendly staff and caring nurse + doctor. Jenny Lugovskaya came across as knowledgeable and helpful. Pleasant interior as well.

Only negative comment would be that I wasn’t informed that having my appointment at 1pm on Saturday incurred extra cost.
