I highly recommend this hidden gem! Best physio in Belmont that I have been so far.

The reception lady was professional and warm. Adam is not only highly experienced but also genuinely compassionate. Taking time to explain the mind body emotional connection with my conditions. I feel encouraged.

The clinic itself is spacious and private. Not being on a busy street is a plus for me. I quite like the real ponytail palms that was growing indoors. Very positive vibes!

I met Adam whilst he was volunteering at our Netball Club. Immediately he was friendly and compassionate towards my very long and complicated history. I asked a few questions and he offered his business card with no pressure to see him. I decided to book in an appt - and he was a godsend. At the time of my appt I had had a bad flare of my chronic pain and he worked hard to help relieve it as well as giving me some gentle stretches (exercises) to build my core and support my spinal injury. I haven’t had a similar flare since and am looking forward to tackling more things with him. Highly recommend Adam and his team!! 🙏🙏
