I can recommend Dr Charles Prasad and Dr Simon Moss, both great people. However the receptionist I spoke to and the office manager are shady and unethical. I was told that for a phone call giving me ultrasound results lasting 1 minute and 52 seconds I would be charged 45$, I disputed this and was told I absolutely have to pay it. I refused and then later was told it’s actually 19.60$, simply abhorrent business practice. I believe that pursuant to page 94 section 7.2 of the WA Health Fees and Charges Manual there should have been no charge at all and I’ve already filed a complaint with the Health and Disability Services Complaints Office.

I have found Brecken Health to be welcoming and very helpful. I have always secured a timely appointment. My time spent with Dmy doctor has always been respectful, informative and provided me with the help and support I needed at the time. At no time did I feel rushed or have a sense that my time was up and time to go. I am very pleased I found Brecken Health and that I have been able to become a patient. Val Faulkner

If all you require is basic medical treatment this is the place, unfortunately they are in no way equipped to deal with pain management or mental health issues and quickly throw in the towel.
The way they disregarded and minimised me before showing me the door at the lowest point in my life was disgusting.
