I think the service is absolutely horrible every time I ring this place I get this Really rude man receptionist named John who clearly has no cultural emotion for people I rang for transport and assistance and my daughter had an appendicitis I had Covid so I could not go with her they provided me no assistance in getting a Covid test for her or even transport they expect us to go and infect everyone and by the way she can barely walk even though she hasn’t got Covid. On my own and no help and two sick children already and this is how an Aboriginal
service treats its community members I think it’s a bloody disgrace and no I cannot afford an ambulance when I work part time I’m sorry for the inconvenience of being a sick woman😡😡
