Was really disappointed in the way the pharmacist spoke to me today, I have just been getting over Covid having some issues with my breathing and needed medication for that, I am non contagious but wear a mask due to it being flu season and not wanting to pick up any other type of flu, the pharmacist made a comment on my combination of medication I was taking which I didn’t think much of, then proceeded to explain how to use them in a way which made me feel really silly / small, he tried asking about what I had and I didn’t answer as I was feeling anxious, my partner started to answer with “she had covid” and he cutt my partner off saying that if I have that then I have to let him know and wait outside, I then tried to say I am at the end of it and non contagious and then again was told I should wait outside.

I have been going to this pharmacy since it had first opened originally right next door to vibe fuel station , I had been a supporter of this chemist since the first day it opened through to when it moved across the road to it’s now current location and never had an issue. My family all attend the same chemist and the gidge doctors, we are a small community and that is the only reason I am leaving this review, I only hope that he will work on improving himself as that’s all I would hope for.

I didn’t pick up on this pharmacist name but I hope the owners please nicely talk to him about maybe smiling and the tone of voice, being/ speaking a bit kinder to people. He was working on 07-08-24 around 12/12:30pm.

Always go above and beyond and is by far the best of their pharmacies. Nothing is ever an issue, time to explain things, recommend best items for situation and even when super busy, Casey and the team deliver everything with a smile and willingness to help. Could not be happier that this pharmacy is our local.

☠️ Gidgegannup pharmacy lubricating eye drops $20, exact same eye drops at chemist warehouse is $7.50😡. Absolutely appalling. Don’t waste your time at this pharmacy. Pricing is all wrong, the owner needs to change business model. Staff don’t speak very highly of the owner either (not surprising). Please avoid!!!

This pharmacy has abused my 77 yr old father in an appalling manner, refused service and left outside in searing 40+ degree heat! He suffers breathing difficulties already as well as has suffered heat stroke recently. This abuse of customer care is intolerable. My family made a formal complaint and the pharmacy proceeded to call my father and tell him never to visit again. Where is human compassion. Where is common sense, it has gone out of the window with these staff, taken over by fear and media propaganda. I hope no other patient is ever treated this way again. We are seeking legal advice from human rights and discrimination lawyers. I gave 1 star as I’m not sure if I could have given zero!

A 77 year old man attended today to obtain medication, but was instead refused for not wearing a mask in 40 degree heat. He was then made to wait outside in the sun, only to be refused service.
Shocking treatment of our elderly Australians. A man who has worked his guts out and paid taxes to pave the way for the younger generation, only to be treated like garbage.
And before you respond that he was not following laws, he is EXEMPT. Call all the police officers you want but at the end of the day you are wrong, both morally and lawfully.
I hope your elderly parents never suffer from heat stress + hypercapnia from 40 degree heat.
In all the years I have been working in health care NOT ONCE have I ever refused treatment or service to a patient, even through such restrictions.
