From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by friendly reception staff then my Dr Maud-Ann Foley who is extremely professional, caring and polite puts you in a relaxed frame of mind. This practice is fabulous and professional. I totally recommend them.

Review for Dr. Ranjita Bains

This was one of the most frustrating doctor visits I've had. My appointment was at 12:10 PM, and I arrived at 11:50 AM. Despite being early, I ended up waiting over an hour. When I asked the receptionist at 12:45 PM when I'd be seen, I was told I was next. Yet, a patient who arrived after me was taken in before me.

I was finally called in at 1:15 PM — more than an hour late. No explanation, no apology, just complete disregard for my time. I told the receptionist to close my file because I’m not coming back to this clinic. Extremely unprofessional and poorly managed.

To start off with the receptionists are absolutely lovely. Dr Bains was amazing so attentive and caring, listened and went above and beyond to help me. Cannot recommend her enough.

Minimal waiting times, and friendly receptionist. I took my dad to see one of the drs here as his regular doctor wasn't available. Dr Verma was also great and helpful

The waiting time is not good. Appointment time is useless to be honest in my opinion. Last time I went there was an hour waiting from my appointment time and now again. Not happy and please do something about it to manage time table . I have work to attend to but I am stock waiting to be called and my appointment time is 12:40 and now time check 1:02 and still not called yet.

Quite satisfied with the new medical Centre and the new GP that I am going to see, after my ex GP for 24 years got retired.
