Three years ago, a male gp, who still practises there, diagnosed my husband with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (a life expectancy of 2-5 years). Turned out he was incorrect and that it was scarring from a fall. Turned our lives upside down.

I have been going here for the last 3 years but will be changing practices due to the dr I see being extremely rude and unhelpful and not listening to my concerns. I have held off on saying something for a while but there comes a time when certain behaviour is unacceptable. Drs are supposed to care for their patients. When I was in the other day , I was almost prescribed the wrong medication and was given a medical certificate with the wrong dates !! Appointments always seem to be very rushed and there is one particular lady on reception who is also extremely rude.

Not happy at all with our treatment at O Plus health yesterday. Was told when we made the appointment over the phone it would be bulk billed and then told 2 more times while in clinic it would be bulk billed. Once we left the clinic one of the staff came running out to the car and said they were not going to bulk bill us and we had to go back and pay. I should have refused (after clearly the Dr had no idea how to do the test we needed) but went back and had to wait because the staff couldn’t work out how to do the invoice and then the EFT was not working properly.

Wasn’t happy that I was assured by the receptionist that I would be seen for an appointment by a certain time as I let her know I had another appointment an hour later. I was told I would be first in after doctor’s break and definitely be out of there by 2.20 for my next appointment. This was not the case at all after waiting and waiting and had to leave without seeing doctor. Was given no apology by receptionists and were very uncaring about situation and told me someone else was put in first. Doctor there however was quite nice and apologetic when I had to come back later.

We had a bad experience with one of the doctors here, but thankfully the issue is being resolved. Thank you to Chris for helping us out in a pleasant way. We are coming back here for another visit but using a different doctor ? I have removed my previous bad review because I don't want the behaviour of just one doctor affect this whole place. The rest of the staff members have been great to deal with.

Seen a few various Doctors here for the past year! Absolutely satisfied with the treatments they’ve helped not only me, my husband and four children with. Dr Parvez Sherasia is outstanding. He works tirelessly to help me with my pregnancy, he genuinely cares for me as a patient and helps with all my questions and needs. Also the blood lady is always kind and gentle and great to have a good laugh with! Love the work. Nice to have lovely people helping our local community!

Not very happy i have been a client since clinic opened. I think there must have been a change in management as i have never had to wait so long two visits now 1.5 hours waiting after booked appointment. Then this morning 1st appointment still waited 40 minutes. Not the front desk staff they are great i think that the Dr as pushed for time with double bookings. Or there is a new manager that is not as good a previous as never had these issues before.

Would never bother trying to go back, Reception on the phone was rude and very unhelpful. I have called previously and have just gotten "no appointments" and hung up on and today was the last straw. Clean up your act! people are entitled to medical help even if it means your poor staff have to work a little longer because thats what normal workers have to do.
