I have been seeing Dr Ashwini for about 10 years now, I have followed her from her previous clinics. Ashwini has always listened to my concerns and has shown care and knowledge in treating me. I would recommend this practice, the centre is nice and all the staff are sweet. I definitely don’t agree with the negative reviews that have been posted. Thank you Ashwini and team

I have been seeing Dr Ash for around Nine Years now, I would not go to another doctor after dealing with her. As soon as you walk in the practice you are welcomed by the lovely receptionists. A special mention to Jess she is always super patient and helpful whether she is helping you in the practice or on the phone. Dr Ash has helped with several different issues and is never rushing you out the door she will sit with you and get to the root of any problem not just fobbing it off with a quick medication fix.

The nurses are also gentle and caring, they make blood tests easy !

Being a young female I highly recommend the practice, I always feel safe and welcomed.

Sanctuary Wellness & Medical Centre apparently holds strong ethical values, including integrity and a commitment to doing what is right. I have had an experience which is not in line with the values.

We had an extremely unwell baby and called to get an appt on the day. Called back within 10min of booking the appt to cancel as we had managed to get a cancellation appt with another centre with only a 30min wait. All of which was clearly explained at the time of the appt and 10min later at the cancellation. They continue to send us bills for this "missed" appt. The appt was available when we called mid morning and we contacted with 10min of booking to cancel so it could be rebooked by anyone needing it (appt was at the end of the day). Im not sure how you can apply a cancellation policy to an appt that is booked on the day and cancelled almost immediately. Seems like this centre applies their policies in a very black and white manner and have no concern for the welfare of their patients, are only out to grab your money and will find a way to cover their u filled appts taking advantage of worried parents.

I visited your clinic yesterday and, while I had no issues with the service, I was dissatisfied with the pricing. My visit was solely to obtain a referral letter to a specialist, as my previous one had expired. The process of issuing a new letter for the same specialist clinic should not have taken more than 10 minutes.

However, during the appointment, I was engaged in discussions about non-urgent matters that I did not request. As a result, the appointment extended to 20 minutes. It was only during payment that I realized the price for a 20-minute consultation was more than double that of a 10-minute session. I was charged $155, whereas a shorter consultation would have cost approximately $70-$80.

I feel the additional 10 minutes of unnecessary discussion was avoidable and left me with the impression that it was extended to increase the fee. As such, I do not plan to return to the clinic. I hope you will review this pricing structure and appointment handling for the benefit of future patients.

Our children see Dr Ashwini, she is so wonderful and thorough. We have since moved away from the area but still travel 45 minutes to see her as her care is unmatched.
