My partner has had their invisalign pushed out by an entire year because of this place. They have messed around his appointment times, scheduled appointments without telling him, never answer their phone, and never call back when they say they will. New receptionist are hired and cycled through every month, or the receptionists are just lying, saying that it’s their first day to get out of fixing a problem (this has happened three times).

Completely unprofessional and we are just trying to get out of this place as quick as possible, but they won’t organise the final service so we can move on with our lives and never go back to this place.

I have been to see Dr Jafli twice so far for pain and preventative treatment and she has been amazing. She is caring and gentle and ensures I know what to expect during my visits. I am happy to continue to see her for any of my dental requirements. She really is lovely and with Renee as her nurse, they make the place less 'clinical'.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Absolutely awful. Worst dentist I have ever seen. I went for a quote on veneers, having seen them advertised on Facebook at a good price. After looking at my teeth the dentist (who's grasp of English was not great and I struggled to understand) told me "you need both". Both what? I asked, as I had only enquired about veneers. She then told me I needed Invisalign braces to close the small gaps and then veneers. Total nonsense and clearly trying to upsell me additional products. Obviously I had done my research and was aware that veneers can be used to close the gaps I had. I informed her I was aware of this and she quickly agreed they could just do veneers. By this point I was losing confidence in this company, but I enquired about the price. After a lot of questioning from me and vague, uneducated (in this field) sounding 'responses' ('answers' would not really fit here) I found out that for the price I had seen I would only get 'Lifestyle Veneers' which I eventually managed to find out were made in Australia (rather than Japan where the highest quality veneers are all made) and would be a lower quality than for example IPS EMAX veneers. Eventually I got a quote on the higher quality veneers as these are for life, so you want the best...$18,000 (which is extortionate). I also asked the dentist about her experience, which strangely she took great offence to. Obviously you want a highly skilled, educated (in this field) and experienced cosmetic dentist when getting cosmetic dentistry. When I asked her about her experience, she told me she had around 15 years experience, so I clarified "in fitting veneers?" to which she replied "as a dentist, but 15 years also, for veneers". A little surprised, I clarified "so you have been fitting veneers since you first qualified as a dentist?", eventually I got the answer from her that she had NEVER fitted Lifestyle Veneers before "but, if you can do a filling you can do a veneer". At that point I had lost all confidence and tried to leave. She told me she was upset as she felt I was "putting her down". I politely explained that I was not, but I was looking for an expert. She repeatedly tried to stop me leaving and looked very sad, calling me back like a market stall seller in Asia, who you had been haggling with, but decided not to buy their product. INEXPERIENCED, UNEDUCATED IN VENEERS, VERY ECONOMIC WITH THE TRUTH, CAGEY ABOUT ANSWERS, EXPENSIVE, PRESSURISING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This was at the Cockburn branch of this company but when booking my appointment, I was told it made no difference if I went to Joondalup or Cockburn as they were both the same company.

Firstly, i'd like to thank you, house of smiles, for helping me out in an efficient and affordable way.
I was supposed to be there at 8.15am in the morning, while I had to go back home to pick up my wallet when I was only 5 minutes' away. I called the office at thefirst time and they help me to arrange a later time.
Brand new office, and equipment is tidy and cleaned, good feeling since going in.
Smiling all along and good patience of course, although my bad language.
Anyway, very good experience and unexpected services, really affordable services!

Pointless upselling.

receptionist charged me twice. claimed to email the receipt still waiting....
called me two days later to ask about payment..

Finally, the name suggested that it was a strip club that offered a lap dance while your got your mouth drilled - gents be prepared for dissapointment on every level.
