The front reception staff are horrendously rude.
My partner and mother in law constantly treated terribly.
Have had to fill a new patient form 3 times because suddenly goes missing! (Physical and online form)
There’s no acknowledgement when you walk in.
Received several phone calls that a script has been left at the front desk and when picking up is not there.
The receptionist emailed a script (illegal procedure) pharmacist will not take it and when trying to hold someone accountable, the receptionist blames the GP!

Booking appointments over the phone seems like the end of the world for the receptionist and they definitely make you feel very unwelcome when walking in.

Will probably change GP and would not recommend visiting this practice till new staff are employed.

I have been going to this practice for 2 years now, and have always had a positive experience. Particularly the nurses and the receptionist Leanne.

I just want to add that this morning 24/08/22 I spoke to a new receptionist on the phone, and she seemed quite unkind, verging on the point of being rude. Trying to book an appointment for child vaccination and it was made quite a frustrating process by this person who wasn’t helpful at all. She seemed reluctant to assist, just said no we don’t do vaccination on Mondays, without even offering an alternative day She didn’t say her name either.

The staff at this clinic are fabulous. I had a stressful morning at home with a newborn and was obviously stressed when I arrived. The ladies were understanding and helpful and never made me feel bad for being in a flap. A lovely patient also offered to hold my crying baby while I filled in forms. All round great bedside manner from all and no tears from this sleep deprived new mum.

My mum has been going here for years and honestly nothing has been progressing and I had to ask for referrals to places for my mum and made an appointment months ago to do this and emailed them to see if it had been done as I had heard nothing from them.. and no nothing had been done no referrals to anywhere.. so I complained said they don't care as that's how it seems.. 2 days after I made a complaint they made the referral.. not impressed at all.. they don't care, no compassion, don't do things and I have to tell them what to do or how to do it or complain to get anywhere.. the receptionist leanne is great but the doctors just want money and don't do anything to earn it.. I'm soo discusted in how my mother has had no treatment and how I have to tell them how to do there jobs.. we will be going to a new place.. I won't mention doctors in particular but they don't care.. if they say they are going to refer you to somewhere double check as they don't do it or it gets forgotten about..

My partner and I have moved over from East. The entire Team at MillPoint medical, from the Doctors to the Reception Staff have been fantastic. The Doctors are caring, take their time to listen, go above and beyond to reassure us, big shout out to Lea and Natasha on Reception for accommodating my appointments when I have been unwell. Booked Appointment for Moderna Vaccine, Booked 5weeks in advance!!!
Practice has now given out all its Moderna Stock To People Changing minds about Pfizer Shots. Affectively Canceling my APPOINTMENT and affecting my Livelihood as i need to access Construction Sites for work.

Also now i cannot even go to Events i Had purchased tickets for!

What an absolute JOKE!!! What a Professional Practitioner!!! Owners comment was “its a balancing act sorry”
