We bought an electric chair for my Nan from Country Care Group Bunbury. It didn’t come with a wet sponge and a metal cap, but we’re extremely pleased with it all the same. The staff went out of their way to help us find the best fit for her. She felt very special and well cared for. The remote control was simple enough for her to figure out and the fact that the cushions can be arranged to suit her needs is very useful. A gentleman came to the house to deliver it and set it up. He was patient and competent. I thoroughly recommend both the configura chair and the staff who sold it to us.
